Pet people will be required to pay this if they are asking for a kitten with certain markings, or without certain markings (like one without a white blaze or with perfect mittens, ect)

Our cats and kittens are raised around other animals and around our  children.  They are litter boxed trained and have their first shots and wormings before they go home.  Our cats love people and should pass that on to their kittens.
Our females are kept in the house in our homes (except during breeding, when they are housed with their mates). Because intact males can spray to mark territory in order to win over females, they cannot be allowed free roaming within our homes, if spraying. Our males are housed in comfortable and secure cat habitats, if they exhibit spraying, otherwise are in the house with us.  We do take time to play and interact with the boys, too!
All of our kittens are raised indoors and around dogs and kids.  They grow up with all of the normal household noises and are well adjusted when they leave here.
Our adults are free from any diseases.  Our ragdolls are tested clear of the HCM gene and kittens come with a guarantee and are spayed and neutered before leaving!  They are very healthy and well taken care of.  We welcome and encourage you to come and see our cats.
